A little about me...

My name is Alan Poole and I'm an experienced CRM and digital analytics specialist consulting at strategic level but more than happy to be hands on where needed.

For the best part of my 20 year career, I have bridged the gap between technical and business focussed teams.

This has given me a broad range of experience communicating at all levels while being a hands on expert with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and PowerBI.

I also have experience working on various email marketing and CRM  tools and have built a strong network of people who are expert in data science, CRM and web development.

I've been lucky to have worked with some Inspirational companies throughout my career predominantly within the retail and travel sector.
